About Gopala Krishna Central Library
The Open Access Central Library, located on the first and second floor of the Admin Block, spans over 1073.52 square meters. It is a comprehensive resource center housing approximately 42,759 books across various disciplines, including all branches of engineering courses and materials for competitive examinations. The library subscribes to around 108 periodicals and scholarly journals, both international and national, covering core engineering subjects, management, entrepreneurship, humanities, and soft skills.
In addition to books, the library holds 3,555 CD-ROMs on diverse subjects. It serves undergraduate students, faculty members, and other college employees who are registered members. The reference section boasts a rich collection of standard textbooks, providing immediate and need-based access for both students and faculty. This facilitates selective dissemination of information, documentation, and bibliographic assistance.
